If we miss something, we fix it at no charge. Building that into the price is cheaper for everyone than losing the account over a boardroom nobody vacuumed.

A line-by-line list of what gets cleaned, how often, and what it costs. Priced from the walkthrough, not from a square-foot table.
Meet your supervisor
One person is responsible for your account, and you get their direct line. Every crew member is insured, bonded, and trained on your scope before the first visit.

How fast can you quote?
We walk most Winnipeg spaces within two business days of your request, and the written scope follows within one business day of the walkthrough.
Do you clean outside business hours?
Yes. Most commercial accounts are cleaned after hours, overnight, or on weekends. Your team should never have to work around a vacuum.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry commercial liability coverage and we are bonded, so your keys, alarm codes, and building are covered. Every crew member is background checked. Certificates are available on request before you sign anything.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Recurring service runs on a written agreement, so the scope and the price are fixed for both of us. It is not a trap, though: if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, tell us and we will cancel it.
What if something gets missed?
Tell your supervisor and we return to correct it at no charge. Scheduled inspections against the written scope are how we catch most of it before you do.
Do you bring your own supplies?
We can bring everything, or use the paper products and supplies your building already stocks. Eco-friendly cleaning products are our default. Tell us on the quote form which way you want it.
Do you handle one-time jobs, or only recurring contracts?
Both. Event takedowns and seasonal deep cleans are a real part of the work, not a favour we do for contract clients.
